My little Monkeys Graduate

Girls Rule Boys Drool

We have some serious girl power in the Allen Family grandchildren now with only 7 boys and 9 1/2 girls. Millie had so much fun playing with Blakely when she came for a visit the end of May. Then Dave and I and Amelia had the chance to visit my brother Judd and his family in St. Louis and see precious 3 week old Caroline Whitney for the first time. Do you love their matching car seats. Sorry about the red eye, I'm a musk.

Amelia is growing up so fast. Does anyone know a secret to stopping time? We are enjoying our little angel so much. Everyone is clammering to hold her and talk to her and play with her and give her binkies and bottles. Even Dave and I arm wrestle to get our hands on our sweet little girl. She is very social and loves to smile and talk to us. She is my first baby to take a bottle and I still have a little celebration every time she does. She was a champ for Dave when I left all last weekend for the Wasatch Back race. I can't believe she is already 4 months old, she is laughing and grasping objects and is the delight of our family.

Fall Sports

Charlie our Defensive Powerhouse

Brig was a dominator on the soccer field

Daddy Dave, the best coach ever!

Sam really stepped it up this season playing defense for his LAX team
I wish I was a better photographer to get some action shots of the boys playing fall sports. Our neighbors Dusti and Erik coached Charlie's soccer team with a cute group of 8 year olds in the neighborhood and they had a great time. Brig's coach lost steam mid way through the season and Dave stepped it up and saved our team. And Sam had so much fun playing lacrosse on a great Bountiful team with cousin Luke. We are looking forward to the fall!
